Coronavirus Update, March 16, 2020

The covid-19 pandemic is weighing heavy on our hearts. We continue to monitor developments and will make changes as necessary - all with the health and well-being of our staff, customers and community our number one priority. 

We plan to remain open for now, but fully expect to make some adjustments in the coming days and weeks. Please see below for a list of changes we have already made. 

Cleaning and Sanitation

We operate with very strict cleaning procedures under normal circumstances, but have added a few extra steps including the following:

  • Self-sanitation station at the front door. This includes disinfecting spray and wipes. We encourage all customers entering the store to use them.
  • Cleaning of all flat surfaces and doorknobs every half hour
  • Staff instructed to wash hands in between every customer interaction. 
  • Staff exhibiting any symptoms of illness are not permitted to come to work

Jewelry repair pick-up

Our customers can't wait to get their jewelry back when it's being repaired and now isn't any different. If you have jewelry currently being repaired with us, we will call you to make arrangements for the best way for you to pick it up.

In addition to coming to the store, we are able to accept payment over the phone or online and can run your repair out to your car if you text or call us (603-749-3129) when you arrive. We can even ship it to you for free. 

** Please note that if you do exhibit any symptoms of illness, we ask that you please choose the free delivery option.

As we enter the busiest bridal and anniversary months, we know how important shopping for the perfect keepsake is. We are committed to helping you celebrate life's most special moments.
